JSP 822 Training Development

DSAT Consultancy Ltd is committed to providing our customers with training development solutions, services and courses within the defence, government and civil sectors.

We not only conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Course Design, Evaluation of Training but also deliver a suite of courses aligned to Joint Services Publication (JSP) 822 Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT) methodology.

We have partnered with a number of defence equipment manufactures to develop TNA and subsequently the course design.

Our Consultants are ex Training Development Team (TDT) personnel that are highly qualified and experienced in the complete JSP 822 DSAT cycle, some of whom have taught the subjects at the Defence Centre for Training Support (DCTS).

We have consultants that have developed for the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force, Government and Civil organisations.
